SENIOR SCHOOL NEWS Life Skills

Upper School and Sixth Form students were given an insight into the effects of drug addiction during a talk from former addict, Paul Hannaford this week.

Paul travels extensively, giving talks to both Primary and Secondary school students about his experience of addiction. His presentations are intended to facilitate open discussion about the risks and consequences of substance abuse.

Paul’s real-life experience and total honesty made his presentation both meaningful and impactful for many of our students, and was a hugely useful addition to our wider PSHE Programme.

Students and parents can find a wealth of information about substance abuse on the government ‘Talk to FRANK’ website.
