Children in Pre-School have learnt lots about bread making this week in a session run by our fantastic School Caterers, Holroyd Howe.

Chef Alan gave each of the children a portion of dough to knead and they talked about how this process helps to make the mix stretchy and strong.

The children then shaped their dough into a ball, before adding a nose, eyes, and lots of spines – creating their very own bread hedgehogs! Great work Pre-School!
