Baby Unit - (1-2 years)

Our babies thrive in an exciting, bright and spacious room which supports their learning through inspiring materials and equipment laid out within their reach.

Our well-planned indoor and outdoor programme promotes young children's development and supports the all-round approach to learning by providing choice and challenge, whilst following guidelines as set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Our Key Person approach ensures that we meet the individual needs of your child, giving them the opportunity to bond with a "special person" at the Kindergarten. They will observe your child in order to be able to plan for their learning and development and to make assessments on their progress. This information is shared with parents on a daily babsis, helping to promote our exceptional communication as highlighted in our ISI Report 2009 - "outstanding relationships and good use of the key person system ensure that children are well nurtured and cared for".

Staffing

The Kindergarten staff are led by a Kindergarten Manager and Assistant Manager. All children follow the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage. Our staff are well qualified nursery practitioners who will nurture and support your child, helping them to reach their full potential.
